We have tried short stroke and only see a benefit of it in direct blowback guns with heavy reciprocating mass.

I have an Advanced Armament forged upper 300blk out and want to add this a better adjustable gas block and the UB muzzle brake, but I don’t see anything on the 300blk out will this buffer tube and the brake work being 556 or 223???
