UNRIVALED ARMORY LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Unrivaled Armory LLC (“Unrivaled,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. OUR PRODUCTS

Unrivaled sells legal firearm accessories and components, including barrels, muzzle devices, and other non-serialized parts.

We do not sell complete firearms, frames, receivers, “80%” parts, precursor items for unlicensed manufacturing, or any digital manufacturing files (CAD, STL, G-code, etc.). All products are sold strictly for lawful purposes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or older if required by law) and that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess these items under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether the products are legal in your jurisdiction.

3. YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

You alone are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, installation, and use of our products.

Unrivaled disclaims any responsibility for unlawful use or misuse. You agree not to use our products in any way that violates the law, including manufacturing firearms unlawfully or creating prohibited configurations.

4. CALIFORNIA COMPLIANCE

For orders shipped to California or to California residents, we comply with applicable California laws, including requirements under AB 1263 and Civil Code §§ 3273.50–3273.61. This may include providing required notices, obtaining customer acknowledgments, and following age verification and delivery procedures where mandated.

We do not sell items prohibited under California law and do not assist with unlawful firearm manufacturing.

5. SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

We ship within the United States only using reputable carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.

We will assist with reasonable carrier claims, but we are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
  • Carrier delays or failures

Adult signature may be required on certain orders.

6. EXPORTS AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS

All sales are for delivery inside the United States only.

Unrivaled is not the exporter of record and does not provide export compliance services.

If you arrange export through a freight forwarder or third party:

  • Title and risk transfer upon delivery to that party
  • The forwarder acts independently of Unrivaled

You (and that party) assume all responsibility for:

  • Export compliance
  • Foreign import laws
  • Duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements

Unrivaled has no liability for products exported outside the United States.

7. RETURNS AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Installed or used items
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect function

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days. The warranty is void if the product is modified, improperly installed, or misused.

Our sole remedy is repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. All products are sold “as-is” with no other warranties.

8. INSTALLATION AND USE

Products should be installed by a qualified professional, such as a gunsmith, Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), or other competent individual with appropriate technical knowledge and experience.

Improper installation, modification, or use may result in product failure, damage, serious injury, or death.

Any information or guidance we provide is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or technical instruction. You should not rely on such information as a substitute for proper training or expertise.

You assume all risk associated with installation, configuration, and use of our products.

9. COMPATIBILITY

We do not guarantee that our products are compatible with any specific firearm or setup. You are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase and installation.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use our products to:

  • Manufacture firearms unlawfully
  • Evade legal requirements
  • Create prohibited configurations
  • Commit any illegal act

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR LIMIT ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for compliance, fraud, or legal concerns.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products, designs, patents, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive property of Unrivaled.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or use any intellectual property without prior written permission.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unrivaled is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Unrivaled harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Improper installation
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unlawful activity

15. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

  • No jury trials
  • No class actions

Venue is in Clark County, Nevada, to the extent permitted by law.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Nevada law, except where non-waivable consumer protections apply.

17. UPDATES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or purchases after updates constitutes acceptance.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Unrivaled and supersede any prior communications.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

20. MARKETING

By purchasing or creating an account, you consent to receive marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.
