  • Slightly slimmer and lighter than our UB brake
  • Uses an internal expansion chamber to reduce recoil and maximize tunability
  • Tunable via opening up “tuning holes” with a drill at expansion chamber (instructions provided)
  • Simplified design is perfect for all builds
  • Drastically reduces recoil and also functions as a compensator
  • For .223/5.56mm or 5.45mm caliber rifles with 1/2″-28 barrel threads
  • Includes crush washer
  • Makes 16″ overall length on 13.7″ or longer barrels (possibly 13.5″ but depends on barrel thread length)
  • 3.100″ Overall length with the actual length after muzzle crown being ~2.600″ (legal for most competition divisions)
  • .894″ Diameter at widest point
  • 3.2oz Weight
  • No frills design without threaded adjustment ports is less costly to manufacture so we pass the savings along to the end user
  • Brakes are bead blasted then go through QPQ Black Nitride giving them a slightly matte black finish
  • 100% made in the USA like all of our products

Our UB brake is still slightly more effective but the Siege brake is a great option for general use on non “gamer gun” builds or even for the serious competition shooter who prefers a lighter muzzle device and/or doesn’t want to mess with the adjustments of the UB brake.

  1. John Spier –

I cant really give an honest review of this brake as I installed it at the same time that I installed the Unrivaled Tech dead blow buffer system. What I CAN say is WOW the combination of the two yielded amazing results. My 13.5 ” adjustable gas AR is so flat now that the dot never moves. My doubles are routinely less than an inch apart at 30- 50 yards and I’m talking .14 split doubles…If you shoot Action rifle of any type, I strongly suggest you get this combo. I did spend some time tuning the brake to get these results, but the process is super simple and doesn’t require any kind of specialized tools, I used a cordless drill and some good quality drill bits, just start slow, it doesn’t take much. I was done in less time than it takes to zero a red dot.

I just purchased Siege Brake and Duty Buffer combo today 1/28/2024 I’m very excited and can’t wait for it to arrive So i can install it and test it out at the range. I gave it a 5 star even though i just made the purchase today yet that’s how confident I’m feeling with this. Thanks UNRIVALED i will see you guys on the next review. 🤟✌️

While you do not have the Ultimate Tunability that comes with the UB, I have this guy on my truck rifle. The amount of felt recoil is reduced to the point that I do not lose sight of the object i’m aiming at. The install was super easy and well worth the money! Even if you are like me and used the Siege Brake as a stepping stool in order hold me over til I got the UB. I honestly want to say that the amount of effect to cost is well within a logical mind to purchase.

My favorite gamer hack. Doubles are ridiculously fun and flat now. Can not recommend enough. Another perk is all the attention you’ll get from middle aged men at competitions.

  5. Alex C –

Crazy value with this. Get a set of drills and take them to the range with you. Just start sizing up the ports until you minimize dot movement. It’s so easy to see improvement with it. You can still make an extremely flat shooting rifle with this.

The dot don’t move. Put this thing in a 13.9” build with standard non adjustable gas block and milspec carbine spring and buffer. This addition alone changed the properties of the rifle completely. Double tapping A/C steel at 70 yds like it was 7yds, fast as I can pull trigger. The dot don’t move. I can only imagine what adding the buffer and adjustable gas block can do to further mitigate recoil.

Just tried mine for the first time and am extremely satisfied with it on my build. It keeps the barrel so level and sights on target almost perfectly without any gas block adjustment and a regular weight BCG and buffer spring. My build has a binary trigger and it still performed flawlessly. Even took a slow motion video of it and confirmed almost no recoil movement. Totally worth every penny definitely need another one for another one of my builds.

Excited to try it on soon and see how much of a difference the recoil will be. Also, I just find it funny how there was a bag of candy in the packaging. 😂😂😂 Best package I’ve ever seen.

So I shoot for laughs/giggles and competitively too. Recently changed out the factory muzzle brakes on my PRS rifles (6ARC and 6.5CM) that were great in addressing recoil for muzzle brakes that also addressed limiting muzzle rise and couldn’t be any happier with the results. These various competitive shooting formats have you either from shooting from some sort of barricade and/or offhand/standing. A lot of challenges here can be mitigated with balancing the rifle via additional weights. However there is a reasonable self imposed limitation because one’s physical capabilities or what is left of it towards the end of the day. One wouldn’t think it would be that much of a challenge with a rimfire rifle. There are a really great selection of muzzle brakes now with the growth of the shooting sport that has you on the move versus shooting from a bench or even prone. Decided to include a muzzle brake on my AR rimfire rifle that will be taking place of my 10/22’s that I have used all of these years when shooting competitively. Unrivaled Pro Shop‘s “Siege Brake” has ports/vents on the top to help to limit muzzle rise. Shot a Steel Challenge match and a PCSL event. and each shot had absolutely no muzzle rise or horizontal movement. So not only shot better with an Unrivaled Pro Shop Siege Brake but looked good shooting in the company of others. 😀

It was night and day difference after putting both the Unrivaled Buffer system and muzzle break on. I’ve never shot an AR with this little muzzle movement or recoil. Follow up shots are so easy, as the sight never leaves the target. Will definitely use this system when I build up a PCC gun for matches.
